Assisting you in exploring how good and even better will look like. And guiding you to help you find your best self (ior selves!).
I work with people from all over the world and from all walks of life that want to enhance areas in their personal and professional life. You will find me as CoachPaulvan’tVeld in my own private practice and as a leadership coach and leadership developer in the core faculty of THNK, the School of Creative Leadership in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Lisbon, Portugal. My main area of working is in leadership development and coaching.
Words that describe me best as a person: calm – receptive – embracing – well prepared – clear – intuitive – grounded – practical. My two home bases are Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Barcelona, Spain and I work both in person as well as online via Skype. In Dutch, English and at times in Spanish.
